The teams will focus on sportsmanship, fun and basic skill building. All
male players are required to have a lacrosse stick, mouth guard, NOCSAE approved
helmet, arm pads, shoulder pads, and gloves. It is also recommended to wear a
youth athletic
supporter with cup. Rib pads are optional. All female players are
